Well it's the same ol' van... but it looks a hell of a lot better than the Terraza!!!
does it have angel eyes? thats so awesome...

It's not exactly beautiful but worlds ahead of the Terraza/Ranier/Rendezvous overdone look.
Looks like this will be the 2006 Chevy Venture in the Philippines....<p>The current Chevy Venture in the Philippines is actually a Shanghai-GM Buick GL8 with a USDM Chevy Venture grill, steering wheel and badges... because they are interchangable. <br>Since the new GL8 no longer has the same front end as its USDM counterpart, I have a strong feeling that, they will just put a Chevy badge on the new GL8's grill... I wonder how that would look. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.germancarfans.com/images/forums/nixweiss.gif" BORDER="0">

That front gives credit to the rumors that the big buick sedan testing in Australia really is the next China-only Regal. (the fronts are almost identical).

Is this still based on the model that was sold in Europe as the rather poorly regarded Vauxhall/Opel Sintra? I thought that was canned about 5 years ago...

I thought that was canned about 5 years ago... </TD></TR></TABLE><p>Yes they are based on the MPV known in europe as the Sintra, it was only canned in europe but production continued in North America and China, the USDM GM minivans were heavily modified/re-engineered recently, mostly from the A-pillars onwards to improve crash safety.<br>I believe the Shanghai-GM version of the minivan is more of just a facelift of the old one.<p><br><BR><BR>
