When will china start making their own designs?
in a country without copyrights nobody would learn to create anything on their own.

jefferson007, I think that the longer you remain a member here, the more you will realize that most members have a distinct preference toward original design and engineering. Sadly the majority of home-grown products produced by Chinese manufacturers these days borrow too liberally from existing designs from major manufacturer. In many cases they are outright copies. Sadly, and with very few exceptions, that practice has created a very negative view of what the chinese automobile industry has to offer.
Toyota SUV interior (forgot the name) and BMW M-sport steering wheel ..lol

Nothing in that interior flows at all. It's a visual jumble. Not to mention the apperance of the material looks to be shoddy at best.

Oh, I don't know...that interior looked good 10 years ago when it first appeared in the old Toyota Tacoma!

It scares me to think that this vehicle is basically a SsangYong Rexton front and rear end grafted unchanged onto an Isuzu Rodeo.

A first generation Isuzu Rodeo to be exact.

Actually its the Toyota Land Cruiser, not Prado. And yes, the interior for the Chinese knock-off is largely a copy of the Euro Land Cruiser's design.
