Rolls-Royce RR4 Sketches

I must say after viewing these sketches i was disgusted with the pathetic skill of the rolls royce designer who drew this, its got absolutely no creative flair what so ever, lol most guys on CSS can sketch a far more interesting design...

I totally agree.

Rolls-Royces are supposed to be look elegant and graceful, but this looks like a Caddilac.

I don't know if I'd call the Phantom elegant or graceful. Yeah it's slathered in wood and leather and yadda yadda yadda so I guess that is elegance, but I remember my reaction when I first saw one was how much larger it was in person than pictures would have suggested. Then as I looked at it more closely, I got the impression that the person who styled the tail styled it for a much smaller car and they just grafted it on. In person, it was a case study in disharmony.

I'd rather have a large Bentley even if it is on a yesteryear platform.

I see these sketches differently. I see them as simple, uncomplicated and gracious.

Admittedly there is a lot of Cadillac in it though

The rear overhang is scarily short, and the rear window really flat for a RR! We'll see...

I see a minimalist and simple design. Its clean and sleek, though in my eyes resembles a Chrysler 300 a bit...
