Lexus stop doing that to the headlights. STAHHHP

A little fussy for my tastes but it's overall quite nice.

Lexus finally made an attractive car? This is brutal.

Interestingly, the gear shifter appears to be the Prius joystick. Except not made of translucent plastic.

They painted it with stitched leather lol.

This thing is piece to behold! As plj35 said.. DAMN.

The Verge has some really nice shots, the paint looks quite matte.

That tarted up IS-F engine, is a let down but does not seem to dampen the elegant shock factor of that exterior. As is the vertical section of the dash which resembles those 80/90s era Oldsmobile dashboards. (Elegant Shock, does that work together??)

Edit #3.

The LC 500 badge location seems like an homage to the FIRST generation SC

I have no doubt that the proportions are good, but I still think Lexus's surface detailing is horrific (very sophisticated, but very, VERY ugly). I find the tailights genuinely offensive, and the C-pillar borders on offensive. Oh, well, at least their design language is consistent (this is clearly related to the new RX... and to the Murano and the Bolt).

The original SC was beautiful, tasteful, subtle, and yet futuristic looking. The same does not apply to this new design, IMHO.

The interior, OTOH, looks quite nice. I could a bit more contrasting trim, though.
