Up to $130,000? Wow.

looks very promising but they're going to have to make great strides in build quality and infotainment if they want to seriously compete with RR and the Germans. Strange that the new Compass isn't in that pic.

Agreed on the missing Compass mystery. It also appears to be using a pre-facelift pic of the GC. Odd.

Looks good from what I can see.

So Jeep has decided to create the SUV version of the Cadillac Allanté? :(

A $50K base and a $75K top is realistic.

I think that's what was reported, but there is the possibility of a fully loaded top-tier trim approaching the $130,000.00 mark.

A fully-loaded 2016 SRT Night Edition--added because there was enough demand for an even more-expensive SRT--is $78,945. And the 2017 MY is adding more luxury touches and expected increase in price that'll bring the total over $80K. There's no way a fully-loaded model is under $90K.

I thing that is clear, is that buyer have little consideration for good design, but pay more attention to badge. In this class, the GLS now looks incoherent (old + new design language), Range Rover has never been a good looking car, BMW X7 will not be a good looking car (if new 7 and 5 Series are any indication), and Audi/VW, well that simple is not design for the demanded price.

Each to their own, but IMO design has always been one of the stronger points of Range rovers, next to their actual off road capabilities. Actually the base lines are already kind of iconic,
