Let's play a game. What in your opinion is the most beautiful post WWII production car? Feel free to concur with other posters, and runner ups are okay. But one has to be first.
Mine: Maserati Ghibli. Runners up: Lamborghini Miura, Jaguar E-type, Ferrari 250 GT Lusso... |
The Lamborghini Miura is fantastic. As is the E-Type.

1963 Corvette Sting Ray (yes, two words...yes, the boat tail)
Lamborghini Islero Jensen Interceptor |

Having seen the 250 GTO in flesh I can say that it is absolutely stunning, and probably my favorite, but I'm fine with most cars mentioned here; Whilst the Sting Ray is a beauty, my personal favorite Corvettes are the very early and clean C3s (the Astronaut ones in gold, e.g.g), those are amazing looking cars; The Gullwing 300 SL is an amazing design as well....
Apart from super cars, I'd probably also add the Citroen DS and the the original Jaguar XJ6 |
The fascination over the Citroen DS must be some "European thing" because it's memorable like an Aztek but not like a Miura.

I've also sat in a Mangusta, and it needs to be on the list somewhere. Amazing in person. Ford GT40 too. |
For me, the Daytona is easily the best looking Ferrari.
