This looks good, but the interior's overall design strikes me as more VW than Audi, setting aside the details like extra screens, digital gauges, odd shifter etc.

I feel like the front doesn't really mesh with the rest of it. SEAT should have saved their new corporate face for an all-new design and given this something more akin to the Ateca or Leon.

I think the outside is actually an improvement, but why would anyone in their right mind buy this over a Civic Touring?

Even more appealing than the hatch. I'd love to see it come to the US, along with the hybrid option, but I'm sure that won't happen. It would be a 1000% more attractive alternative to the Prius.

I actually think it looks pretty promising for what it is. It was obviously never going to have the concept's proportions anyway.

I generally prefer small practical cars (hatch/wagon) with decent amounts of power. All of the GM options are a compromise in some way (slow or impractical, or expensive, or requires a charging...

I've been thinking about why this news bothers me as much as it does. As silly as it is, I think I've become emotionally invested in certain car brands the way many people get invested in sports. The...

That bothers me too. The whole front end looks oddly flat as well; hopefully the civilian version has a different grille that alleviates that somewhat. Otherwise it looks good, with really nice...

To be honest I only really care about the performance options. You'd think there would be enough margin in the ST and RS to justify sending over a few. Not to mention Ford's going to squander some...

Ford cancels all cars in US except Mustang, Focus Active

https://www.autoblog.com/2018/04/25/ford-cancels-all-cars-mustang-focus-active/

Figured this merited a new thread.

Personally I'm devastated, as silly as it sounds. I admired Ford's European...

No big surprises visually, it looks good. I really like the look of the blue ST Line.

It does appear to be a new platform, which is a bit of a surprise. The longer wheelbase isn't, and is...

I would agree but going by the size (longer than a Ford Escape somehow) and price ($35k) this actually competes with the NX. It sure looks smaller than that though...

It's fine, but it needs chrome around the windows at least to work. As it is, I agree, it doesn't really look any more upscale than a Kia (then again, it's priced about the same as a high-end...

I think the front end changes are meant to bring it in line with the new Focus but it doesn't really mesh well here. Still one of the better looking cars in the class though.

It looks similar but not quite the same. The face and door sill area appear to be different, and the crease in the side goes through the door handles in the sketch.

This looks pretty good, indeed like a blown up T-Roc with some new Touareg cues thrown in. I wonder how similar this is to the 2-row Atlas variant that’s going to be at the NYC show.

2019/20 VW Tarek (sub-Tiguan SUV)

Couldn't find a thread for this one. Appears to be what the US is getting instead of the T-Roc, to be revealed in China later this year.
