What cars made your head turn today?
Yesterday, in my suburban Detroit town, I saw two amazing cars.
The first was parked at a restaurant. It was the sex-on-wheels Audi R8. I almost made my mom do a U-Turn so I could get a picture. It was silver. Just like you see in the press stuff. It was the most amazing thing I've seen.
The next was driving next to us. It was a Bentley Continental GT. I see my share of Audis, BMWs, and Mercs in my city, but a Bentley made me s***t my pants. It was a purple-ish silver and really nice (it's a Bentley der).
Well just figured I'd share, and encourage you all to do the same.

I saw a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, a white hump, and a slowl moving Buick Century... covered with white.
That's all I saw today.
YAY for Canadian winters!

This was about a week ago. It was at night and there was this car at an intersection. First thought was Mazda 3, but the placement of the headlights said no and the car seemed more taut. Long story short..it was the just released 2010 Mazda 3.

Stand in front of one at night, looking down at it, with the LEDS on.
It seriously is one of the most beautiful things you'll ever see.

Ya, all of the new Audis look great at night. With the face lift the A3 went from being a Golf/Rabbit knock off, but now it looks perfect. I remember going out on Black Friday and seeing a non-metallic Red S5 on my way to target. It really was amazing. My doctor drives a white A5, and I asked to sit in it. He said no, but I thought I had a chance.
On another note, that same Black Friday I went to Panera Bread and there was a brand new Porsche Cayenne Turbo in the parking lot.

Some recent sightings...
Vauxhall Insignia VXR -
Verdict: Not very special.
RenaultSport Megane -
Verdict: Sexy, but I don't like wheels.
VW Golf R -
Verdict: Looks less like an aftermarket "tack-job" than it does in the pictures, but I still prefer the looks of the GTi.
Chevy Spark-
Verdict: Pleasantly good looking, in person. I can't wait to see what the new Aveo will look like in person.
Vauxhall Movano-
Verdict: OK, it's a van, but still... it's actually not that bad looking.
Ford Focus RS-
Verdict: Seeing these all over, now, but today I saw my first WHITE one. At that point, I decided I would learn the art of car-theft. Is that even an art?

I've seen two greens, two blues and a few whites.
Nowadays, I'd say car theft if an art of sorts, because cars are so hard to break into nowadays.
I thought you were located in North America for some reason... how come you're seeing all these European cars?

Some sightings in Bergen County, NJ, in the town of Upper Saddle River, I saw my first Rolls Royce Ghost on the road, a very sharp sedan, and I've caught my first Acura ZDX crossover, passing me by opposite, I first thought it was a TL, and I looked again, did a double-take with this. I'm seeing more Honda Crosstours on the road, and liking them more; they have a nice presence.
Also, today (5/16/10) in Upper Saddle River, NJ, which had the annual car-show, which I was also involved in, amid the array of amazing show vehicles, there later were two new Lamborghini's that appeared, both a Murciélago and a Gallardo.
