The only reason this is a "problem" is b/c all other car makes get the stalk placement wrong, IMHO. In my 20 yrs of driving MBs, the first and only time I hit the cruise control by accident was yesterday. All other makes put the turn signal stalk too high.

Coupe and Convertible, clearly subtle as expected but enough to keep it up to par with the new Continental GT:

not a fan of the vertical AMG grill on this car, or the new AMG bumpers, but the base model looks good IMO.

I'm surprisingly surprised. That is gorgeous.

I like the Panamerica grille, just not on this car. I really think it should be limited to AMG-only models.

Fascinated by the OLED tailights. Wonder what they look like when illuminated....

I especially love the interior. It has a certain level of "luxury" and "expensive", that neither the 7 series nor the new A8 can touch, despite being the oldest. I guess it's because it still empasizes craftsmanship, details and materials over tech gadgets....

Updtaed Maybach version, now looking more like the previous 57 model IMO;

I'm not sure about the very brigght blue interior mood lights. Looks more stanced Honda Civic on McDonalds car park than Maybach to me...

I like the new grille. Subtly distinct and avoids the horribly toothy grin of the last Maybach.

I assume blue light is chosen b/c it shows up well in pics. You can choose from 63 other colors....

You're likely right, but still not really tasteful IMO; And why show off a feature (ambient lighting), that is available on everything from a small Kia or Ford on? I think customers assume a luxury vehicle has that nowadays...

That grille makes it look like a 1999 Hyundai Equus.

strange that these changes weren't made with the facelift. grill definitely helps to differentiate from the normal S class and optional paint job is a good money maker. those wheels are terrible though. i like the big plate wheels.
