I feel like the NX was just released, but Wikipedia indicates it released in late 2014, so my memory is apparently crap.

At any rate, some updates have been teased:

Yeah 2014 was right.

And that 2L Turbo is still weak sauce.

http://www.carscoops.com/2017/04/201...h-face-in.html

Facelift unveiled;

Minor updates altoegtehr, with the F-Sport having a different front bumper (the regular version looks very close to the current version), and some details like lights. Inside you get a significantly bogger nav screen (the outgoing model was quite small by nowadays standards) and on the technical side, a new adaptive suspension form the LC. No updates engine wise, which also means it keeps lacking a cheaper entry level version for Europe....

Nice car, but it should have been REXEV.

It's funny, say what you will about the NX, it is definitely distinctive.

There's this new Audi commercial where they're putting someone in the witness protection program and give him an "inconspicuous" SUV. It's an NX. The guy says he'll take his chances and picks a (supposedly more distinct) Q5. Hilarious.

I haven't seen that one, but seriously, an Audi "more distinctive looking than a Lexus? Love them or hate them, but they do stand out, unlike the "more of the same" Audi design for the last few generations (excluding A7 or A5 SB)

I think only the front end is very distinctive. The surfacing is also a bit flamboyant, but relatively vs. other Toyota designs (like the Mirai and Prius, which are simply ugly all over). The NX is otherwise, IMHO, fairly conventional.
