Now finally official:

Looking good, and that interior is gorgeous, like with all new Volvos (just look at the detailing). But, the same sausage different length approach seems to arrive at Volvos as well..

The public won't notice because it looks like a "nice" restyle job. The newest Geely is perfect for China.

beautiful inside and out. the taillights finally look nice too, as I think they're awkward and blocky on all the 90 models.

Looks great. Probably Volvo's best execution of the new design language thus far.

Agreed that it looks the best so far. Looking forward to XC40.

The ribbon of wood trim on the dash is AMAZING. I hope this drives well (some reports comment on a shaky structure in the XC90). It looks wonderful, IMHO, and is a fantastic antidote to the overly styled cars from... everyone else.

I really love this. The exterior is understated for sure but very classy with hint of sportiness that echos what people enjoyed in the previous generation. That interior is class leading as far as I'm concerned in this price range and segment. Love the wood (and the fact that it's not glossy nonsense wood) but the brushed metal version is also quite beautiful and detailed with a slight mesh. They really got the detailing right! Reports say it won't be a sporty driver which is the only draw back for me. It will be more about composure and class in the segment compared to its German rivals. C&D says the 0-60 should be around the 5 second range though which is decent imo. If I had the money I'd consider one.
