A return to stunningly gorgeous BMWs sounds wonderful.

It will be about eighteen months before we see any evidence of a concrete final design proposal And they will not feature any cues from the design of current BMW models - This is pure fantasy design . Think of the next 5er as a potential CLS rival.

The current design looks fab. Especially the M series sports kit (Not M5). Why would they make the design more subtle?

I love the current 5-Series, but that sketch does look great. It still has enought Bangle in it to look cool, yet it's restrained so it's not flaming all over the place. Very nice.

The sketch looks a bit too radical for a minor facelift.

Is the 2009 5-series meant to be a facelift??? I thought it would be all-new... shouldnt there be a facelift coming out soon? maybe next year?
