Default 2013 Toyota GT86

Tis here, oficially

I guess it's ok... doesn't make me want to save up some money to have one, but i can see other people wanting to. Maybe. Still, Toyota, y u no call Celica?

Surprisingly attractive outside, but the interior's a bit of a mess.

the low beltline ruins the outside. looks so ungainly from the side. Such a disappointment

The teaser video Toyota put on YouTube earlier in the week gave some context (in the form of visuals of the sketches) to why the interior looks the way it does, but it still looks... odd.

I like the climate controls, though. Exterior seems.... more or less like what we should've expected. I mean, it's not like anyone ought to be surprised considering the concepts and how much this car's been leaked. Except for that thing between the A-pillar and the front fender. That area looks really odd/off/weird.

The GT86 name is weird, too. They seriously should've just called it the Celica.

You forgot to include Subaru BRZ in the thread title.

I'm sad. This is a let down. I was seriously excited for it. And then it's unveiled and blah.

Not bad, but I have a feeling the Subaru version will look better....

Huge disappointment. Concepts were aggressive, this is just meh.
No Celica revival, interior is disgusting, clear taillights remind me of those cheaply tuned Civics. At least they used manual transmission in promo shots. Waiting on Subaru.
