Isn't "dark yellow" kind of an oxymoron?

As for the makeover I'm all for it, I've got nothing wrong with the current design but a change is always nice. I second the dark red mentioned earlier...
It works fine in Safari for me...

It works fine for me in Firefox 3.5.3 on my MBP with Snow Leopard. Don't use Safari much.

I thought I'd post since I was browsing. CSS definitely needs a makeover, as was suggested all those years ago! Something more car related would be good. carfreaks.net and finalgear.com have respectable designs, though FG could be better.

I've designed a few websites, and currently finishing off coding a top 3000 website (can't say it - secret), though I have no interest at all in web design as a career.

Well it's randomly started working again on Safari. I downloaded Firefox on my Windows partition and it works there as all, so now problems anymore (knock on wood). I'm still for the aesthetic changes though, not because I dislike the current design but a change every once in a while is always nice.

with a new logo at top with perhaps a car or 2? I like this one the best so far.

obviously it will not be fished themed

I like this one, would look good with a new logo

what about this?
http://vbskins.com/forums/?styleid=217

here is a car themed one, maybe a bit too red?

here it is in yellow, perhaps we can go blue? but keep the layout design?

I like these 2 the best. But any of them would be good!

This one is the best http://www.themesbase.com/pics/1143743638.jpg

Please don't do yellow its just as bad as black.

Blue or Red is good

I think i like this best and the yellow color is what made it more appealing to me The light blue ones are good as well although slightly "weak" IMO. In the end though perhaps this is better suited for general tastes http://www.themesbase.com/pics/1143743638.jpg

i think all these are way too bright....it makes the whole website look too busy...

we should keep the combination dark background-white posts but try dark blue/red instead of black
