Default Citroen C3 Aircross concept

not sure if it is official (though color scheme corespond exsactly to "insiders info" from few weeks back), but if it is, then like with a bunch of previous Citroen "concepts", we are looking at C3 Picasso replacement in practically its production form...

change LED front and rear lights into something more "ordinary" and that HUD into something less "scary" for average "school mom" and there you have it"
I have to say that even though it Opel clone looks more "upscale", I like this one's "bugger it" character, as well as its overall form, far more than the slightly dull an "sausagey" Crossland...

Definitely the Crossland X "sister", but I doubt it is "nearly production form": I expect the doors to be conventional (plus a B-pillar, and a more "normal" interior, just like the new C3 or the C4 Cactus. general proportions and most of details however should be there already.

And, it is good to see that it looks fairly different to the Opel, showing that platform sharing doesn't have to result in cars of different brands looking the same someone at VAG should take notice...)

yup... suicide doors, fixed rear window , HUD only instrument cluster and front LED lights (at least on lower trims levels) are purely concept features... if I may demonstrate (against mod's wrath ) with a couple of spy pictures (don't feel like opening new thread for it in spy section):

"ordinary" doors:

and "ordinary" instrument cluster:

though I'd like to most of its "concept" features in a production model, especially the HUD part, I don't mind if they won't... what bothers me more is that general form of camouflaged one appears closer to Opel than that of the concept.. and if they are forcing an SUV in to MPV, than the shape of the concept is better than Crossland X

Citroen Renegade to these eyes. Not good.

Some funky elements on the inside though.

Nice forged CF. But the car looks FWD. I am not a fan of CUVs, but I hope we won't get i3 like vans now, with pick-up truck-like rear doors.

Hideous, but I'm sure the French will love it.

With slighty less colourful scheme it would be perfect.

So this is going to be a slightly shorter Cactus, maybe with sliding or 'suicide' doors. That's going to make a lot of overlap with the C3, Cactus and this if it's the Picasso. Any news of a replacement DS3?
