I always loved the Fiero...especially the last year of them. However, it was a good lesson in a great idea rushed to market w/o doing the appropriate QC checks.

First gen fiero's were terrible. Last gen Fiero's were fantastic products.

i'm sure it's great to drive but it looks like something i would have drawn when I was a kid.

They introduced IRS by then right? Blows my mind that it wasnt part of the original design.

I agree, and that's the problem with many of these small companies - the style is just not there. TVR was a great exception.

Not sure...I actually read up on it - and they did change the suspension in 88, to a design they wanted to do from the beginning - but didn't get too many details on what they actually did.

The Fiero had IRS from day one.
