I've never heard of this model; would it slot below the F-Pace?

Yes it would and with another patently dumb name.

Why not name the crossovers after pastoral places in the UK?

there's talk of an EV-Pace version. Jaguar naming has always been all over the place. Mark II, XJ, E-Type to name three variations.

for all those who were worried about the F pace being the XE SUV, this should alleviate all your concerns. Would prefer a RWD platform to maintain more Jaguar-esque proportions.

Well...the XE and F-Pace do share the same interior, platform, and have similar dimensions.

Exactly.

I wonder what the interior of the E-Pace will look like. I wasn't super impressed w/ the interior of the XE/F-Pace, so I can't imagine what a cheaper car would look like.... ::shudder::
