Yes, great car, love it.

But Lotus hgas cooperated with so many companies (even Proton, who had controlling stake once), that the Lotus badge has appeared on several cars, and probably the lotus Cortina being so far the most famous (and probably most expensive nowadays). So a "Lotus Ford" would have enough history, though I doubt that current lotus owners (I lost track...) would give away tehir name. Also I guess Ford would use one of their numerous in house labels (ST, RS; Shelby, MOTOUNE, XR..) depending on market
