I'll get it all finalised and set up so you are both moderators shortly.
Obviously I'll be around if you need me but I'm sure you two can do some good for the contests.
If you can arrange between you how you are going to run things that'd be really great so that we can get the contests up and running as soon as possible.

The main thing to remember is that people want to be chopping all the time so like we've had in 2011 you should have two contests running at any time:
Week 1 -
Start Contest 1
Week 2 -
Start Contest 2
Week 3 -
Open voting for Contest 1 and start Contest 3
Week 4 -
Open voting for Contest 2 and start Contest 4
If one of you takes charge of the even numbered contests and another the odd numbered contests things should work out quite well. Just make sure you both add the scores up to the same points total.
I will PM you both with a link to where you can find all of my spreadsheets I use for the contests so you can take a look and get familiar with them.
Just have a chat with each other and things will fall into place I'm sure.
