when it comes to Toyota - Corolla worldwide, Corolla Hatchback for Europe, Rav4 worldwide should be this year.
Lexus LS facelift later this year. Lexus IS new model summer 2013. Land Cruiser Prado and Corolla Verso facelifts should be out by next spring.

Actually could be more like 2015 from what I've read on the net.
