Default 2015 Suzuki Vitara

Finally new!

http://www.netcarshow.com/suzuki/2015-vitara/

At the 2014 Paris Motor Show, Suzuki Motor Corporation will hold the global premiere of its all-new small and stylish SUV model. ‎

The new five door car is named Vitara and it marks the return of the famous badge first used by Suzuki more than 25 years ago, also on a small SUV.

The Suzuki Vitara is the production model based on the iV-4 concept; which was first exhibited at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2013.

On sale in the UK in spring 2015, the all-new Suzuki Vitara will be available with optional ALLGRIP intelligent four wheel drive‎ with petrol and diesel engines that offer low CO2 emissions as well as outstanding fuel economy in the sector.

Suzuki Vitara will have a striking road presence with distinctive design. Customers will have the option of personalising the car with various colour and trim customisation options.

That's a ghastly looking piece of work. The previous Suzuki Viagra looked better.

Wasn't there just last week a new special edition of the old car.? Why bother, when a new one is out a few days later. Or is this smaller (it looks a bit like that) and just carrying the VItara name?

Otherwise, I agree with swizzle, this looks horrible.

Suzuki is better off doing what they know best, built bikes, small cars and small SUVs. The North American market wanted something that Suzuki was not big enough to develop and deliver, hence the exit from the market place.

They should have surrendered to VW.

Judging by the concept's size, I believe the Vitara is supposed to be positioned between the S-Cross and the Grand Vitara (whose fate's unknown).

It does look crook and the drive is apparently pretty ordinary. Yet it seems to sell alright here in AUS; it's cheap and a SUV, which is enough for too many it seems...
