It's hideous as hell, dude. Clue in and stop being a Honda fanboy apologist. LOL

Still not totally sold on the nose, but I do like that rear end. A quite polarising design for sure, but I think it turned out pretty well overall. A shame it won't make the boat to Australia though.

The sedan and coupe both just look like a mess to me. The sedan looks like a mini-Crosstour. The coupe looks like it's trying too hard to look edgy.

Black Pack option for Australian buyers. It has offensive black add-ons, and you have to pay extra for...tyres....

The Zip Car receptacles here in Boston have recently received the new Civics so I got to try them out. I definitely thought is was better than the outgoing model but honestly I wasn't too impressed. It already looks a few years old in person (imo), so I can't imagine it aging well. The interior is bland and feels a little unfinished for some reason. The car definitely drives better than it's predecessor but what's with the whiplash-inducing breaks on all the Hondas? The Fit also has them. On the other hand Zip Car also added brand new Mazda 3s and I can't keep my hands off of them! Just my two cents.

Interesting. DC got new Civics too for their Zipcars, which is how I got to drive one and I had a much more enjoyable experience both inside and out.

I think he's not alone, mate. Civic's the best-selling sedan in North America.

The tail is too stubby, the rake of the rear roofline is too shallow, and the bumpers are over the top and offensive. It also kinda looks like they were going to do hidden rear door handles like the current hatch and changed their mind at the last minute. The difference in design outcome between this and the sedan is surprisingly stark.
