Well at least Opel/Vauxhall is big in the European fleet/company car market, and there is good money to be made, and basically the only chance to sell non premium cars of the d segment.
Of course it would have made a lot more sense if say Buick remains in the package (given the vast majority are Opels anyway) and PSA has access with that to the US market. That said Renault/Nissan is hardly dead given their sales figures
