The name is just temporary and this might even become a Land Rover in the next month.

It's a purpose designed rescue/response vehicle complete with shoring tools, hydraulics, sonar drone w/hybrid camera and radio/camera/lighting mast etc.
Can also operate as a basic ambulance or fire tender.
USP is the hubless segment construction wheels that can run as wheels or tracks or even climb.

example in the Render is obviously shown very low to the road

Very nice. Not sure how much Land Rover I see in it, but it's an appealing style and a very nice, dynamic rendering technique. I'm guessing you used a tablet?

And only just noticed the comments.

It's still early work, have had to put time into other things recently. but need to get cracking with this.
Actually both were using a mouse not a tablet, the second is very very quick as you can tell.
The Land Rover thing is a possibility but might leave it only branded with its own name.
Interestingly Andy Wheel from Land Rover was saying he dislikes student Land Rover projects that look like Land Rovers as it means they've put more thought into styling than function

OK getting near, not there yet but this is very close to how it'll look.
The standard will be a pick up, as all the additional modules (shoring, medical, communications, amphibious search and water treatment) will fix to the same base vehicle.

I'm not sure why i don't use pencil more regularly. It's always been my favourite medium
