Default 2016 Hyundai ix35/Tucson

Looks like it's getting new but familiar bodywork and what's becoming the standard issue Hyundai/Kia interior:

Although it has sold well, for me the Tucson's styling has not aged well. Thus, for me, this replacement cannot come fast enough.

Damn. Bravo to Hyundai. That looks great.

EDIT: Official pics released. Started a new thread in New Cars.

Somehow i have the feeling it will adapt a second headlight similar to the Kona (and upcoming Santa Fee), the very thick camo below the one we can see seem to hide something in particular. We do ge pronounced double lights at the rear end, but without the black plastic mascara of the Kona , which is a good thing. That said, whilst busy, the Kona does look slightly better in flesh than it does in pics IMO...

Thankfully, the single headlights appear to remain intact:

That is good news. I'm hoping the front end benefits from this facelift as the face looks meh compared to the remainder of the design (which I find good looking).
