and yet there doesn't seem to be much info on the Courier. My favorite too!

Probably even a tad shorter. It was hugely popular here in Austria thanks to "non US/Canada" manufacturing happening here (and being the only "domestic" car aside form the Moercedes G at that time), so there are still a lot around.

Everytime you see them around modern vehicles, they seem (especially the SWB version) so small, nearly cute. And this is Europe, where majority of cars are sized around Golf - Mondeo at max. In the US, a Mk. 1 Caravan (or any K-car) must seem more like a Kei car from Japan ;-)
