VW will be typically clueless. The Japanese and Koreans will obliterate them on quality, price, and reliability. Why do they try?

Looks more or less identical to a Audi Q2 from what we can see.

Reliability and price have definlty been issues but VW uses WAY nicer finishes than Toyota, Honda, Kia, and Hyundai.

This looks great so far, I assume this will come NA where the market is booming.

It does doesn't it? When i first saw the Q2 i felt it looked more VW Polo than Audi

I don't know where those "way nicer finishes" were when I was comparing the Passat to the Fusion et. al. because the Passat the par for the course in its class and definitely not a step above.

And you are using the US spec Passat which was already discussed that its not representative of their global offerings...
