We're essentially saying the same thing more or less.
FCA is close to financial implosion as we speak.
Dodge and Chrysler are essentially dead as far as new engineering goes.
Fiat is dead for sales and new engineering.
The Giulia's abysmal quality control and reliability issues have made the resurgence of Alfa Romeo more of an "uh oh" than an "oh yes".
Maserati sales are bolstered by dealers cleaning out stock to use as courtesy cars.
The only bright spots are Jeep and Ram.
GM needs Jeep and it could make use of Ram as well.
Sell the Dodge and Chrysler names to Geely or SAIC/Nanjing and...
I really think GM's reorganization is them being up to something clever.
What would really amuse me would be if GM merged with Toyota.
