Since the side shot isn't an actual side shot, I'm hoping it will look better than the photo posted above but I really doubt it.

Am I crazy? I really like this blue Panamera with those alloys.

Another pic of the grey one. Are there no interior photos out yet?

I would say you like it cause it is still a 911 of sorts. To me the 911 is a timeless design which i love and even though i do not consider the Panamera to be truly ugly in the way that a Pontiac Aztec is it is still not beautiful IMO. In my mind it is the exact same case as with the Cayenne

What do you mean "it isn't an actual side shot"?

the only thing positive i can say is that this monstrosity probably has a great weight distribution with the engine up front and all that....fat....in the back.

The more I look at it the more I like it...

And I don't even want to like it, cause it took so damn long to get here.

I dont know what do say or do. I want to like it but at the same time i dont. Its not an ugly car, but i just want to see it at my local dealer before i pass judgement.
I think that Porsche shouldve given it more of a bootlid than just going hatchback on it. Maybe the effect that the Jaguar XK, its a hatch however its got a bootlid still.

Anyone agree?

I don't like it. Why is it a hatchback? That rear end makes it looks huge.
And if you squint it looks like a stretched 911. They couldn't even design new door handles. Another example of lazy designing by Porsche.

It's not really an ugly car, but to me it lacks any sort of passion or excitement or originality.

I wasnt aware you were everyone's spokesperson here. let me re-explain in an even more simple way for you: if you actually read all the posts in the spyshots section you'll notice that some members expected exactly that when all i'am saying is Porsche, like other german manufacturers has chosen to make their design evolve in a slow manner.
You don't like it, well tough, LOL.

Your car knowledge is so poor: Porsche had released cars very different from the 911 in the past. they now use the 911 design theme as their design language just like BMW, MB, Audi etc......you don't like it, well....tough again !

Have you actually read my post properly or you're just itching for a cheap argument ?
My post actually states that there should be designs for every tastes, hardly narrow minded or dictatorial.

Oh....and your user name, LMAO, the vel satis is such a *cough* well received and beautiful design isnt it ?

Get over it, some people like it, some dont.

Let's all grow up a bit and get back on topic.

Thanks.
