Very slowly dropping it's camo...

Definitely More "upright SUV" like looking than the other small premium CUVs, but also somehow old fashioned looking. To me, still the love child of a first gen TIguan and the old GLK....

I feel dated and generic coming on.

The headlights are a bit intriguing, but the rest seems quite boring. At least it should be relatively space-efficient?

And I have no idea why you would want to drop a CUV that low. Isn't part of the appeal the elevated driving height?

It should be. But this is apparently the performance version (but then again, if it rides as high as an A35 AMG; why not just get a - better looking - A35 AMG), and thus certainly will come with some of these nowadays ridiculous claims like "fastest on demand AWD 4 cylinder CUV with a double load floor around the RIng" or so.....

-Motor1
The GLB-class look like a more interesting alternative to the minivan-looking B-class.

Well this is why these small CUVs sell so well; They look more interesting than those few years ago so popular small MPVs (when you want to have an elevated seating position), however at the cost of practicality; But style does currently certainly outsell substance in that price segment (well, MPV versions usually cheaper, but you get the point)
