wow long time I have posted somthing here =)
congratulations napoleondynaon the ghia, I have allways been intrested in aircooled vw's so post up pics as soon as u can please

I just bought this little car last weekend, '79 mg midget driven 14,053 miles, all original exept for the engine caus it has been tuned a little so the top speed is about 140mph




it will arrive here on monday and I cant wait

yes they did, but im not sure if they did sell the midget in us but they sold MG B witch is quite similar to the midget

nice e-type! my grandpa has a series 3 thats rotting and we have a series 1.5 waiting to be restored. the pics od the blue one are my grandpa's in its current conditiion and the ones of the tan one is ours when we puc it away some 15-16 years ago.


with our meteor




I dont have any pics on the ghia but i will get a ton as soon as we get it.

Due to the way they were manufacturered they can be prone to rust so look carefully @ body condition, other than that mechanicially they use alot of Beetle parts which is reasonable obtainable.

Car is a full of rust really pics to small to see rust

I plan to save money and restore it to original as possible in white maybe but thats 2-5yrs away.

so we went to the mazda dealer today to get the plates... and my dad asked about the freelander. turns out they sold it to a wholesale place because they knew they wouldnt be able to sell it... so after a search on autotrader.com, i found it again! They're selling 145 miles away from here.
