Ok with the move, avatars are back, so add them away.

size limit is 80x80 or 19.5KB, whichever is smaller.

Signatures are enabled, I am not sure what is wrong, avatars are working as well, they were enabled as well.

ok I think they should all be working now.

Just added an Avatar and a sig. BTW, the new place looks great. It seems faster for me than before in Safari.
