But even if it was so what? These 'game shows' are big business and many adults play games like Forza or Gran Turismo. Not to mention aforementioned games and others often collaborate with big automotive brands for big projects of all kinds.

The point is that it's not a world premier and if they announce its availability in a venue that has potential to drive sales, fine.

You pay slightly more, get no infotainemnet, but gain 1 sec.. to 60 mph; Well, from a collector point of view, any "edition" makes sense, especially these pure driving" models, as they usually have little to now depreciation and start gaining value pretty soon; But for every one else I guess the gain in performance is negliable, and the loss of comfort is however something you have to live with daily.

If you are a pure hardcore driver, get a GT3 (buying a Porsche is expensive, so go full length), otherwise every one else just get a Carrera 2 or 4...
