Oh and wow, I forgot that this is just the REGULAR VERSION.

If I'm amazed just with that, then I can't imagine how much more bad-ass the F-sport and full-fledged F models would be like

Agreed. I don't think that's a completely bad thing, as that's pretty much the market, but the front is just over-the-top.
I actually like the rear. The headlights are less ugly than the IS, and the nike accent lights and predator grille up front: ouch.

I agree as well. Are they targeting 5 year old's? Because the name,"RC" for "Remote Control" and fake air outlet on the rear bumper certainly suggest so.

I like this presenter's opinion on the IS design, and same goes for the RC:

"Fuc*ing awful" LOL!

Those rear outlet strakes are pretty tacky.

A few other decent shots:

The slope of the hood and rear finally clicked with me. I knew I saw something. (ignoring the color sameness)

The problem is that boy racers won't be able to afford an RC. The full on side view shows this to be a very nicely proportioned car. In that view it's over the top handsome. The fake vents at the rear just look cheap and the face simply is not attractive enough for a vehicle this expensive. The RC and the A5 could easily be cross shopped ditto the 4 Series. The Audi is the style champion of the three, but the Lexus could have been a game changer.

It's take it or leave it styling for certain and it could just work for them crazy as it sounds

Doesn't look too bad, but can that grille get any bigger?

RC name is pretty terrible. Sounds like a toy to anyone who had a radio controlled hobby at some point. Funny that some brands are separating their coupes and sedans while others are now putting them under the same nomenclature.

Fly out good tastes and come in boy racer. I mean com' on, they called it RC. Aside from the wonderfully luxurious interior, this almost looks like it could fit into the WRX, EVO, BRZ/FRS crowd. Almost, as it still looks like a luxury vehicle, designed by someone boy at heart.

I'm not sold on the front end design, particularly the grille treatment, but it's probably a design you have to appreciate in the flesh. Otherwise, looks pretty decent.
