Miss Piggy is getting bigger i see. Why even bother with the 7? Does anyone actually buy these?

Where i live, I see them exclusively with rental car plates as a "VIP" air port shuttle or Uber black; Way, way more S-Class here, and even Lexus seems to cover more private buyers...

The size of that grille makes me pine after the E38...


Just anecdotal evidence, of course, but the S Class and even A8 seem to vastly outsell the 7 Series where I am.

Those numbers seem fairly representative of where I live. I see a ton of S-Classes (not sure how many are brand new, though), a decent number of 7-Series (ditto), and an occaisional G90. I see very little of the other ones. I think I've seen 1 new LS. And 1-2 new Quattroportes... since their introduction. Ouch. But quite a few Ghiblis.
