Don't think so. I'm sure the front end will be identical to the new V60.

Nah that’s the “dummy car” Volvo has been using in their videos so that they don’t reveal anything.

Not only the front end, but also the near RWD proportions; spyshots have already hinted at that;
This is indeed a dummy car as said, used in various safety feature films Volvo keeps releasing...

Hmm I prefer the wagon, this looks odd as a sedan, not as cohesive as the S90.

Yikes. The overall shape is fine, but the rear-quarter pillar is very messy, the duck tail trunk looks really out of place, and the tailights are cartoonishly large.

I find it VERY attractive and much more interesting to look at than the dull S90. Although it's obviously a Volvo, if you told people this was was 2019 Dodge Charger, from the rear 3/4 view, they'd believe you and I happen to like the Charger too. This is very promising.

Given how nice the wagon looks, this is rather disappointing. The rear is just not attractive - the current generation is much cleaner and prettier.

I agree. Very nice looking. And I prefer actually both this and the wagon to the larger siblings (and they are no ugly kids either). The C-pillar and clean lines have some previous Maserati Quattroporte to me (a design I much prefer over the current one), giving it nearly "Italian" elegance and sportiness, yet also a Volvo without question. And again, a FWD sedan without a massive overhang or 1990ies cab forward proportions. It is doable, especially as a premium car manufacturer it should be a must...
