Default Ford Fusion

Just an idea how to retire the much-unloved European Fusion. The Fusion has been available in Europe since 2002, so it’s pretty old, and dated. The Ford Edge’s styling should help a bit, I think.

Excellent work, as well the quality of the chop as the improvement of the car.Would make a great difference. Though the non success of the Fusion was not only because it's dull to look at, but also because it doesn't really offer anything over a Fiesta apart from the higher seating position. Versatility is exactly the same (nothing slides or folds, apart from the rear seat's back, but even those don't fold away flat), and interior is pretty much the same, space wise. Oh yes, the fascia is one of the dullest Ford ever built.....

Yes, it's the ONLY Ford model that Autocar doesn't mention, test, compare with, or review. By ignoring it, they avoid saying how un-loved this Ford is. We all know how Autocar loves EVERY single Ford, but this. And criticises every single Vauxhall no matter how good or how improved the range is nowadays.

Great stuff, the facia brightens the design up nicely and suits the car well.
