The Active now as wagon as well, so far for Europe only;

Engine lineup consists of Petrol and Diesel engines between 120-150hp, manual or automatic, but no optional AWD, you do however get two additional drive modes (slippery and trail), which might probably help in undemanding situations, which likely covers 99,9% of the situations these vehicles get into.

This is god awful ugly. Looks like a guppy face. Remember the Evo's concept? Remember how everyone LOVED the design of the new Fusion? Ya, that's the Ford I'd like to see again.

I find it very attractive. Butch it up a little and send this to the USA as the Focus Active.

Ford isn't sending either version of the Active to the US, alas.

Duhh! Everyone knows that. Ford is making a massive mistake.

The ST is here;

Upgrades over the previous one, first a 276hp (280PS) version of the Mustang/Focus RS 2.3l EcoBoost, and an electric Limited slip diff helping to get the power on the road; ALso there is now an optional 7 speed automatic, or short shift for the manual 6 speed as part of a performance pack; Variable damping is now part of the ST as well, alltogetehr helping to achieve 0 to 100 kph in sub 6 seconds;

For some reasons there is also a 187hp 2.0 Diesel available, in case you can't afford the fuel bill but want to have the looks of the ST model (and maybe steep depreciation as well, given the general Diesel climate right now)

Design wise, no big surprises here, though inside I wish there was a bit more color, like some contrast stitching, or a more interesting pattern was used for the decor elements (this seems pretty much identical to lower versions), or some bespoke instrument graphics...
