Man that Wooly Mammoth is incredibly drawn!
lol just kidding with ya, good to see this post is getting along in the ways:)
The Hyundai roadster idea looks great, but it reminds me an awful lot of a Benz 300SL.
Good ideas:)
Steve.

nice sketches knihc, are you going to further develop the hyundai?

Mm maybe. Right now I've got a full plate with JC, and another project I am working on :] But I dunno, the Hyundai just doesn't strike me as being terribly original of a design, so I might just scrap it.

No,i wasnt criticising, just pointing out the similarity, as i had been looking at the fisker just before i came on here. No offense intended.

ok, here's a 3/4 i sketched in class on friday. all pen, no erasing. which is partly why it's so tall...the final car will be lower and more coupe-like, and i'll work on making the sides look less jag XF (they're supposed to be a bit more curvaceous). the grille is also not what i meant it to be; the bottom tip of the logo isn't supposed to go lower than the grille, and the grille itself should be thinner. also, the lower air dam is just a filler for now, i haven't come up with a final design.

Wow ok that 3/4 view is much better than the side. Dont make the car shorter it looks just right for a sport sedan. I would get rid of that odd overhang in the grille. And i think u should lower the rear a bit because if u translated this into a side view u would notice that the rear would stick up too much. Otherwise good stuff :)
