The small-ish third window makes it look much smaller than it probably is. The black roof is not doing it any favour either.

It looks better with the roof the same color as the body IMO.

Dimensions are nearly identical to the current Compass.

I agree. I really don't understand that aspect of the design. I think it would've looked a lot better if it had a DLO similar to the Cherokee between the C and D pillars.

I'm still not sold, but the trailhawk edition in orange with all the aggressive trim and such is nice. I despise that chrome DLO line that wraps around the back and those tail lights are purely bland. The front has some handsome hints of the GC, but inherits too much awkwardness from the Cherokee, which I'm also ok with only in trailhawk form.

But this should sell well, as with the rest of Jeep's lineup now. They've done a great job filling the market with products people actually want to buy. I expect some cannibalization to occur between this and the Renegade and Cherokee...
