I won't say it's bad, but it just doesn't work for me. A mixed bag of good and not-so-good details.

Looks absolutely stunning, first BMW in the last 10 years that I actually like. But, no angel eyes? Are they actually dropping it?

Truly my car of the year, decade even! Can't wait to see where future tech can take us (a la smaller batteries and less weight etc...)

It looks like a Mitsubishi Eclipse to me. This will appeal to people who equate busy, fussy styling to good looking.

I suggest you take both your eyeballs off and replace them with ping pong balls or something. Wouldn't make any difference anyway.

But, fact is, it is bussy and fussy. Whether that is a good or a bad thing is up to the observer. In my opinion there are many things in this design that are questionable, to say the least. Like, say, the door handles recess, ot the small side window, or the pointless rear flappy panels...as i said, it's not bad but not brilliant. It tries to hide it's weak points with bling-bling details but it doesn't do the trick for me.

one thing i will admit, though: the front fascia is fantastic.

I agree there's a lot going on with the detailing, but to me almost, but not, too much.

However, it is telling that I want mine in black to hide the various black bits, just leaving the blue swooshes here and there. The real beauty is in the shape.
