In a segment where sedans are usually causing immediate eye cancer, this is a rather attractive vehicle. Mazda really has a run now with their designs (I'd exclude the small headlights of the MX5 here)

Looks great and another best looker in its segment for Mazda. Now Mazda Australia's decision to import it to Australia (where micro sedans are not popular) makes a little more sense.

Versa and Fiesta sedans cases in point.

The Sonic sedan has OK proportions but the tail lights are a lukewarm effort at best.

The Accent and Rio aren't that bad.

A VW Polo sedan could be quite nice for the NA market except VW is clueless.

For now, Mazda has the reigning style champion. A Mazdaspeed2 sedan would be a great idea.

The sedan is actually better looking than the already stunning hatch. Mazda are on a roll at the moment.

One of the few B-segment sedans that actually looks pretty good. Not unlike the 3, the cab backwards proportions actually help the sedan, while they're questionable with the hatch. In fact this is probably best-looking B-segment sedan out there; the Rio comes close but still has a slightly gawky rear overhang and a messier C-pillar.

Rio, Sonic.

The City isn't too bad either.

The old Yaris sedan had nice, usable proportipons.
