The LS did offer 2 wheelbase sizes in the US, not sure if thats the case anymore but the 2 sizes were there for a while. The option isnt present on the configurator anymore as far as I can see in my haste.

The both looked proportional and plain.

IIRC, the LWB S-Class was designed first (a change from previous generations). And it was designed to be even LONGER, given the Maybach.... So it makes sense that the SWB would look a little funky.

Volvo and BMW make LWB versions of their mid size sedans for China, they look ok.

Its hard to tell the 2 Lexus LS sizes apart; they are well shaped.

Default 2018 Lexus LS

Well...it's definitely not boring anymore.

Not boring, but looks like an Infiniti with a Lexus front end. After the last designs, which - though not for everyone - I quite liked, I'm a bit disappointed here.

The DLO is also giving me a LaCrosse vibe.

The concept had a beautiful and much more aggressive c-pillar treatment. This is a lot more...boring.

Crap, two threads--

Can a mod merge this with the other Lexus LS thread? Also, it should be a 2018 MY, not a 2017.
