Sort of, yes; But given it was the last truly successful market entry into the US (I wouldn't call Fiat and Alfa a success), following their example is hardly a bad thing;

However, they might also follow a different path and go electric only, or plug in and electrics, as a kind of "not so small niche anymore" car maker, as times do change.

And the French trash has no chance of matching H/K quality.

I mean I am not the biggest fan of french cars either (altough I have to admit the also made huge steps forward since the 90s/early 2000s), but such comments are completely unnecessary and borderline racist :/

Whatever, triggered Felicia.

What I said was not racist at all.

The French have a LONG history of making substandard cars and that is exceedingly well documented. Thus, to encapsulate that mountain of evidence in words is not racist.

Definition of racism (because you obviously don't know it): "Racism is the belief in the superiority of one race over another."

On top of that, I am of the same race as the majority in France, so how would being racist against my own race make any logical sense?

My statement had NOTHING to do with stating a superiority (or inferiority) due to race.

If what I said is racist then the following are also racist statements:

"The Japanese make dependable cars."

"The Germans make highly engineered cars."

"The Americans make awesome muscle cars."
