Thankfully, it looks better than the poor-quality photo we saw in the other forum.

Unfortunately, I think it looks better mainly b/c of car-show decorations you won't be able to buy (like the ties that fill in the gaps between the headlights and grill).

The rear-end is interesting, but, other than that, this is fundamentally a very boring (if clean) design that honestly could be easily be confused for a less-wagony version of the Subaru Ascent. It's inoffensive enough to not turn off prospective buyers, though.

Interior looks quite nice.

They ruined the front from the concept. Should have kept the horizontal headlights. They just look oversized and loosely filled with lighting elements (a "fishbowl" as their Genesis designer would say).

The chrome above and below the grille looks tacky too. Again should have just stayed with the concept and done a full border.

The interior is stunning though. Looks strikingly like an evolution of a BMW interior...
It's more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow.

The show car decorations are laughably bad. This will suffer the same fate as the Veracruz and the Borrego before it. Both were good vehicles but both were insufferably boring. It's almost like for the Telluride they pulled a "BMW" and made a gorgeous concept and then made it beyond dull and generic for production. I think the Telluride is a terrible stumble and yet if they'd stayed true to the concept would have been amazing.

But more importantly, why is this a Kia and not a Genesis. Shouldn't the Genesis crossover been a bigger priority?

Naga Royal Guard is an unknown quantity at this point

The name, while a real place, is inescapably silly. As if its targeted at ride sharing, but it looks great otherwise. Typical high quality kia derivative.

mick78 will become famous soon enough

Given most of it looks like a Volvo XC90 ( a car I sincerely like) it could be a lot worse;
But given the similarities, and the randomly glued on Cadillac Escalade-ish front end (again, what was wrong with the much better front end of the concept?), it makes it feel more CHinese than the usually well styled Kias of the past years.

Interior is thankfully better, the usual nice Kia levels.

There seems to be too much going on here.
Vertical headlights Escalade style.
Cheese grater grille,
Volvo xc side and rear end...
Interior...I've like Kia interiors, too little to go on so far,
