If I read their site correctly, Mallett will be offering turbo/supercharger packages in the near future. With the right internals, one could easily reach 300 hp on the stock motor.

nice but if the American car industry wants to compete they will build more than 100 of them and they will up the options like H.I.D.

I had liked the car when they came out and I don't like many American cars , but then I found out it was a front wheel drive and that turned me completely off from it.

Evidently. They are only making 100 of them. But the real exciting thing is that a V8 can fit the Kappa platform. That had been the subject of much debate and many excuses from GM. Maybe now that it has been shown to be possible, GM will stop lying to us and build some other good, light cars off of this platform.

GM may not be able to achieve desirable crash-test results w/ a V8 under the hood, which would get the car trashed in typical media outlets

same w/ the old SLK, brabus and others shoved V8s onto it, but never MB until the second gen ( im wondering if brabus has tried shoving a V12 into it now )
