The side window is laughably terrible. So this is what the French think people in India are clamoring for?

It's the only under 4m long car that has seven seats. Very important tax bracket (under 4m long) in India.

I think it looks pretty smart, inside and out. A lot of these basic Indian cars end up looking comparatively low rent, but this looks good. The proportions don't look incredibly "MUV" and it overall looks like a well-styled, basic hatchback.

I agree, it does look way less "third world" than most small Indian market cars (some of those 3,99m sedans are truly atrocious), the belt line kink/triangle is a bit quirky, but otherwise a modern design that would not look out of space in Europe as well (size aside, let'S be honest, you can't squeeze 7 well fed Westerners into a sub 4m car); I see huge potential in India, but also Africa's ex French parts, if they decide to produce a LHD version...

This will sell like hotcakes. A sub 4m 7-seat small SUV is a pretty big achievement in my mind. I know that the third row will be essentially useless for adults, but for small kids it will be ideal.

This looks like it could be reworked to a Dacia Lodgy successor.

It is, however, over half a meter smaller; This is shorter than a Sandero.
