Yes, I believe the Dokker and Lodgy use the same basic platform as the Citan/ Kangoo...but of course a cheaper Citan would be the Kangoo since they have the same exact body.

I would still pick this one out of the bunch, it not only looks the best of the 3 (I never thought I would said that about a Dacia compared to a Merc), but also judging their price policy it will be dirt cheap, probably retaining quality good enough for a delivery van (french vans are usually quite robust). In other words I sense a home run here.
