I hope so; an ugly sports car is just totally missing the point. When I stood next to one, I was struck by how low it was.
I was only a teen when the first NSX was introduced, but I remember it being breathtakingly stunning (not necessarily beautiful) in person and seemingly groundbreaking in so many ways.
Some auto journalists have commented that the current NSX reflects Acura's problem (an identity crisis). Similarly, the old NSX was clearly the product of a confident and focused manufacturer at the top of it's game. Seems like the new Civic and Accord are very good; hopefully, the elegant manufacturer of old is returning....
