So it looks like they've united the Forte and C'eed closer. The rear doors and overall body styling looks really similar to the Forte.

My understanding is they share a platform this time. Front ends are also nearly identical.

I'm sorry, but for me, compared to current one this is much worse designwise... . looking at it form the side it seems jist like badly disguised i30 rebadge :

interior is ok. looks kind of "modern" and "in trend" in its design and is obiously built from better materials... but I still like design of current more.... its kind of "cosier".

Looks like a Focus with a Kia grill. Looks dated from the start.

Yeh it does look old already. Also agree with Drugmirko - this is definitely a backward step in terms of design. They've botched the rear end which looks extremely awkward. Kia's worst design effort in quite some time.

It does feel dated, not exciting where it would stand out in the crowd of cars.

Not sure if it looks or feel more dated than an i30. The Ceed will be sold as a budget alternative to most European and Japanese hatchbacks. While its not groundbreaking in terms of design i don't think it looks bad. I quite like the rear end. Maybe the front could have looked a bit sleeker.

I don't mind it at all. I think the alterations from the I30 help tremendously w/ the awkward rear proportions of the i30 hatch.

It's hardly groundbreaking, but it looks modern enough and fairly mature.
